I tried to follow this procedure, but while executing 'C:\osql -E nt_acct' command i am getting below error.

" Cannnot generate SSPI context"

Hi Jignesh,

Per my web search for this error, it looks like the account you used instead of "nt_acct" is a domain account or something is wrong with the account you are using. Can you see if you have a local system admin account on that SQL server that you can use here?
