Intermittently when users try to schedule a MeetingPlace call using the Outlook plugin, the invitations are not being sent. Once they hit Send they see a message that "The meeting has been scheduled successfully" but the appointment remains open and no invitations are sent, not even copied to the scheduler's calendar. If I exit them out of Outlook and re-open sometimes it works.
Normally, when they Send the appointment closes, it is saved to the user's calendar and invitations are sent to the attendees.
In this case, I've verified the meetings are being scheduled on the MP server but there is no way for the user to know.
Anyone experience this or have a clue?
We're using MeetingPlace 126.96.36.199 with Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 32-bit.
