Host was unable to access his WebEx account - we found it was inactive and reinstated it. He now claims to have lost all meetings from his WebEx calendar - Please advise option to restore his meetings.
Found this page which confirms - A host's meetings will not be deleted when their account is deactivated.

Meetings shouldn't be deleted by deactivating account.
Is the host sure that he/she had meetings scheduled by that account or a different account?

User had his meetings a day before and post reactivation it was all gone. Same account was used to setup meetings using productivity tools.

That should be investigated. Is this for WebEx SaaS or Cisco WebEx Meetings Server?
