Small Font Size

I have a user trying to run a webex session, and the participants window has tiny text.  It is on a MS surface running windows 10.  I have tried the themes, display settings, and more windows related stuff, but it all has no effect on this window.  The only thing that I have found that helps is the magnifying glass, but it is not user friendly.  I just want to increase the participants size.  How do I do this in the webex session??  is there even a hack for it???
