Webex Conference in IPAD

Hi,

How can I activate audio conferencing for IPAD? I scheduled a Webex Meeting for 3 PC, 1 IPAD and 1 Android Phone, after everybody logged in, PC were able to share audio but IPAD and Android weren't able to do it.

Please see attached image when Phone Icon is disabled.

The option Audio used shceduling the Webex was: VOIP Only.

Why it didn't work?

Hello Leo,

Currently Android isnt supported. The support for android client will come in next Releases so any kind of test using Android isnt valid.

What ipad did you use and what iOS version is using?

Thanks for the reponse.

I'm using IPAD model MC497NF version 5.1.1. Please see pciture attached. For what I read it should work with this IPAD.

Thanks for replying back on this. Can you test with any other ipad your system?

It looks to me more like client issue. Can you test with iphone?

Can you help me with version od WebEx app there?
