Hi Uddin,
Take a look at this guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_0/Administration_Guide/Administration_Guide_chapter_01110.html#task_69757B2D9BF5405FB95E144F4E6EA054
Also, read this important notice in Release Notes: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_0/Release_Notes/Release_Notes.html#reference_9B81EE08E6C34BE6BE8C3399EC2616BF (Section: Keeping Your Hostname While Changing Your Virtual Machine IP Address)
And of course, make sure you make a backup of your system before making these changes.
I hope this will help.

Hi Dejan,
Thanks for your Quick Response.
Is there anyway I can reset DNS and IP Addresses from CLI command?
Thanks

Hi Uddin,
All the changes are done via GUI. CLI access on CWMS is blocked and you can't access it without TAC support. Still, there is no supported way to make these changes via CLI.
