WebEx, save Meetings

Hi,

Our customer wants the solution of the next situation:

When they are in a Meeting by WebEx, they share files like PowerPoint documents, but when the Meetings ends, the customer wants to access to that files shared, maybe one user was not able to attend the Meetings and him could consult another day the Meeting with the files shared.... It can be possible? or there is another way to make this possible?

Hi Eder,

Are you talking about Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (on-premise) or WebEx SaaS (in the cloud) meetings?

At this time we don't offer an option to attach files to the CWMS Meetings.

In WebEx SaaS (cloud based), you can attach files to the TrainingCenter meetings as part of the course material. These files can be accessed by invitees before or after the session.
