I extended the RNA on agent extensions all the way to 25 seconds but agents phones still rings only 2.5 rings before the system look for another available agent and put the first one in a not ready status. What am I doing wrong? IPCCX is 3.5x and Callmanager is 4.1(3)SR3B.

You have to change the seconds in your script.
Not on the line of the agent phone.
In your script look for the option "Select Resource" and change the "Timeout" from "10" into "25" seconds.
