7.0.1 SR4 - Repository Database Down

UCCX 7.0.1 SR4 - single server

In the datastore control centre I get this error under the historical, repository and agent data stores

"**Publisher is DOWN,error occurred while performing operation. Please check if the Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Agent services are running on host IPCC01(192.168.141.111) . Please contact your system administrator. You may refer to the Application Administration logs for more details,or refer to the Control Center page for database status on other servers in the cluster.

"

And yes -- the SQL services are all up and running - so i'm not sure what the issue is...

Hi,

If you have HA setup can please confirm if you have activaed the publisher on the first node by going to  System-->Datastore Control Center-->Publisher Activation.

If the above is true then are you getting a red cross besides the services that you mentioned ? if yes then follow the below document:

If the issue still persists please open up a case with TAC for further assistance.
