Abandonned call in realtime but not in historical report

Our client is running on UCCX 7, sees Abandonned call in realtime reporting and supervisor desktop.

No abandonned call is showing when the report is pulled from the historical reporting software.

Any advise and/or recommandation would be very much appreciated.
