Adding additional reporting stats to Supervisor Desktop?

I am pretty new to IPCC express, and especially the Supervisor Desktop.  Is it possible to change or add to the information that shows up on the Supervisor Desktop?

Specifically, I have a request from one of my call center supervisors to be able to see the Service Level stats for the CSQ's.

I haven't found anything on it.  Would I be correct in suggesting that they use the Realtime Reporting Tool to look more in-depth at stats?

CSD is not customizable in that fashion. The user has the option to hide columns that are displayed by default within preferences, but not to add additional information. You would need to look at a third-party wallboard application to display this information on a webpage.

The Java-based real-time statistics tool is intended for administrators, not supervisors in my opinion.
