Adding caller information - How?

Dear all,

I have a IPCCX3.5 working with CCM4.1. I want to add some information for customer who calls in the 1st time (like: name, address...) so in the following times when this caller calls into the system, I can regconize him.

How can I do that?

You'll have to build a customer information database. When you get the call info lookup the callerId in your database and present it to the agent in the Enterprise window.

Have in mind you'll have to develop some client that runs on the agent PC so you can capture the name, address, etc.

Also you'll need Enhanced version with IVR option for ICD 3.5.
