Adding subscriber to cluster, configuring IPCCE 4.0

I've added a subscriber, changed my JTAPI provider to reflect the new server, and am running into this error when adding the subscriber to the LDAP Server information;

"com.cisco.wfframework.repository.RepositoryException: Profile already exists in the target server. Please Delete the profiles from the server and Try Again!!"

Does anyone know what this is from? Is there a document that lists changes that need to be made when a subscriber is set up post-install?

I got the same error message after I changed the LDAP host name to an IP Address.

Is there any solution or a good document to change the LDAP host name to an IP Address?

This can be resolved if you use the Cisco CRS Serviceability tool. In the Cisco CRS Serviceability tool, choose the Cisco CallManager LDAP Information tab, type the correct values and click Update.
