I have a call flow that has me stumped. I need to not only perform database dips but also need to record via the phone and write this recording as a prompt to play when users call in. I am stuck after the record step.
I have attached two scripts and the call flow that apply to this question. Any help would be vry helpful.
You will have to use 'Create Generated Prompt' and store the recording as 'string' variable. Then use 'Create Container Prompt', which allows you to 'concatenate' multiple prompts together as one single prompt.
You can than play back this single prompt using 'play prompt'.
