After a call, Agent stays in "Not Ready"

Hello guys,

when a Agent gets a call the State goes from Ready to Not Ready. But sometimes, when the call is over the state stays at "Not Ready".

UPDATE: The state always stys in "Not Ready" when the call will be transfered to another extension.

Has anybody seein this problem befor?

Hi Daniel,

Yes I am facing this problem some time not regular.

After a call, agents are automatically goes on NOT Ready state.Agents state appeared in Reserved state.

Guys,

I think, is it  possibility of syncronisation issue or Services of Roger & PGA servers to be re-started then check.
