After initial Greeting, redirect to external phone

Hi

IPPCExpress 4.01sr1

Call comes into IPCC and hits initial greeting. After greeting, if there is a

Holidays

Or

Hrs (7pm – 1am CST)

Or

Weekends

I want the call to be redirect to external phone.

The manager of the call center wants to be able to control when to turn on this redirect so it doesn't get sent to the queue. Any ideas?

How about just adding a variable in the script, say, blnRedirect. Make that a parameter variable. Then, the manager can go to the CRS Admin page and then in the applications he can set that to true/false whenever he/she needs to.

And in the script, you can check the condition - Add a If node. In the properties, add "blnRedirect== true" and for the then condition, do a call redirect. If not, send the call to the queue.
