after the agent ends the call, the call is not transferred to the Post Call Treatment Trigger

Hi Guys

I tried to configure Post Call Treatment feature on UCCX 11.5

I did all the steps as described in following document

but unfortunately when the agent pressed the end button on finesse desktop the call is not transferred to the Post Call Treatment Trigger

can anyone help me what I have to do ?
