After UCCX reboot Symon application is receiving all zeros from uccx

Hi Team,

I am experiencing an issue where Wallboard application Symon is not updating information after a reboot of UCCX .

While troubleshooting I noticed the following:

In UCCX serviceability Web Interface Database Subsystem is OOS on both servers but it shows started in CLI .

In one of the old post they talk about a bug CSCts80098.

but it is for 8.5 but my customer is on System version: 9.0.2.10000-71 so I'm not sure if this is related or not

 

The other thing I noticed in RTMT is a lot of DSN /Database errors . Please see attached screenshots .

Please let me know if these issues are related or what can be done to fix the Wallboard/ DSN or database errors .

did anything change? Like the IP address/FQDN, or the password of the DB resource?

What kind of database client is that? What sort of driver are we talking about here?
