After Upgrade OS to 2000.4.5a on CRS 4.0 Five Services Failed
I upgrade the OS from 2000.4.2 to 2000.4.5a, 2000.4.5bSR13, there are 4 services on Control Center with problem even I configured automatically on windows services:
The Services are Cisco Desktop Call/Chat service, Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service, Cisco Desktop IP Phone Agent Service, Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service. Besides from Cisco Desktop Administrator VoIP Monitor there is a error: Could not get devices from Sync Service.
