Agent Call summary report CCX 5 mismatch

Hi,

A client wants to know why there is a difference on the agent call summary report when a report is requested for different periods of time.

I attach the report where is shown the result for the period of time from 7:30 to 19:00 and the second report separated in two parts from 7:30 am to 9:59 am and from 10:00 am to 19:00
