agent cannot be monitored

Anyone with thoughts on why an agent cannot be monitored? get dead air when trying to. tried cisco bug fixes to no avail. xp os.

if it's just one agent figure out what's different on their PC.

and where would you start.in fact a stare and compare, the only "wierd" thing is NPF was missing in reg edit, on both pc's. i have added but no go.
