Agent cannot log in 2nd Server when Failed overIPCC X
I have got strange issue. I have deployed IPCC Express System, during testing I found that my agents cannot login to 2nd Server, the IPCC X HA version 5.0. I have not seen this issue before. Please let me know If any one had experience this with this version or previous version.
My Environment is 2 Server Deployment, IPCC X 5.0, integrated with CCM Version 5.1.3.
The strange thing is 2nd server is becoming active as when I shutdown primary server and If I call my triggers it plays the prompt but agent cannot login in the system so call stuck in the queue.
