Agent continues to get stuck in Reserve status

We have a agents that continually get stuck in "Reserved" status in IPCC express, which results in them having to logout and then back in again to clear... Anyone have any suggestions?

I read that link last night and have incorporated the suggested goto statement. No agents are currently receiving calls so I haven't been able to get production data as of yet, but I'll let you know if it worked. Thanks.
