Periodic issue where users Agent goes out and then back in service (seconds apart) when trying to iniate conference call. Out of Service messages says "Ready state change and call control operations cannot be performed." Conference then completes connection, but user is muted out of conversation. Connected via Cisco VPN Client 4.0.4 over DSL and cable modem, so I can't believe it is bandwidth issue. Thanks.

When CAD agents try to Go to Ready, they get the below error message:
Cannot go to the ready state while the phone is out of service
Troubleshooting steps:
1) Reset phone
2) Unassociate and disassociate RMJTAPI
3) Unassociate and disassociate Agent user

Sadbulali, Thanks for the info. I generally have my users close and re-open programs when issues occur, so they can keep working. Strange thing about this issue though, as I mentioned, is that it occurs AFTER the user is already logged in. It was when he tried to do a confernce call when the error came up. Also, my user's message isn't hte same as the one you provided in your post.
