Agent Desktop Activity Logs/Call Log

Where are these logs found and what are some of names of the logs.CAD Service Information document does not really give me the information.

to get agent or call logs from IPCC, you should use WebView.

what version ipcc? is this enterprise? ipcc express uses CrystalReports, ipcc enterprise uses WebView.

Im on version 4.0(1) Ipcc Express. I want to create a new database off these logs so I can access them through Business Objects. I just don't know where to find the data that is appearing in the reports in CAD. Like the Agent call log.
