Agent desktop installation issue

I am facing some issue in installaing the agent desktop for IPCC 4.0 on dell PC winXP SP1.

The installation is getting stopped and install file says not responding in task manager.

Where as on IBM PC with the same sort of setting the installation is going fine.. Does anyone has faced this issue ?

Check if IBM is using winxp SP2 if so upgrade the winxp SP1in DELL to SP2 .need to check the antivirus software installed in dell pc, try uninstalling the antivirus and load IPCC. try this link for installing IPCC
