Agent Desktop will not work on Vista?

Setting up a new PC at work and I cannot get logged into the Cisco Agent Desktop. The login process appears to be working flawlessly until the very end, where I recieve the following error: "Unable to Create Session with Server !"

This is a brand new install of Vista Ultimate using the Desktop Agent 4.5.7.4 software. Any ideas?

Use an approved OS eg Win2000 or XP.

I've not yet seen Vista on any approved compatabilty list.

CAD is not compatible with IE7, which implies it's not compatible with Vista.

Is there any update to this issue? It seems a little ridiculous that Vista has been out for quite some time now and there is still no working solution to run the CAD software on a Vista PC without resorting to virtual machines.

UCCX 5.0(2) or 7.0(1) are the first versions to support Vista for CAD/CSD. You will need to upgrade.
