In IPCC 3.5 version of CAD the administrator could set the window behavior so that the agent wouldn't "pop" when a call is presented, but would stay minimized. Is this possible in CAD 6.2 -- compatible with IPCC 4.5?

Go to properties -> set it to stealth mode in cad.
