agent desktop window behavior

We are using agent desktop 6.4.2 with IPCC express 5.0. We have a handful of users on Windows vista and I have set the window behavior in the desktop administrator to be normal (maximize when a call comes in, minimize when not on a call). These users have reported that their agent desktop window continues to maximize even when they are not on a call (mostly when they are writing an email) I have only seen this behavior with the windows Vista machines.

I don't think Vista is supported yet, however one thing I would suggest is a uninstall and reinstall and see if that clears the problem.

unfortunately Vista is not yet supported, please check the release notes.

According to the compatibility matrix IPCC 5.0.2 supports vista. I also had a tac engineer verify and confirm this....
