The agent make a call icon. Is there anyway to keep this open on the desktop for agents to dial out with out clicking an icon? Customer is requesting this. 5.0 Premium version.
I guess you're talking about the desktop preferences?
Basically you can configure the CAD agent window behaviour to the following (or give the agent permission to change it themselves):
* Keep Open
* Always on Top
If you selected it to "keep open" the window will always be open for them to make calls..

I think the OP wants the dial pad to be always open. I've never seen this be done and I assume it is not possible, specially on how the screen focus works with CAD.
No, the customer wants dial pad open for agents to dial out. I was advised my TAC this can not be done. Thank's for your help.
