Agent Desktop

I have a customer who currently has Siemans Agile Product. They purchased IPCC express premium without seeing the product. After seeing the agent destop that comes with IPCC the customer would like to know if there is anyway to do the Streaming of the realtime statistics on the agent desktop. Agile has this and it is a nice feature to have. It tells all the stats on the Queu and the agents. I was wondering is there such a thing today with either the express or enterprise? or is it slated for a different version.

Hi,

You can access real time statistics from Cisco Agent Desktop, you can access the 'Reports' Icon and you can choose from four different reports.

Take a look to those reportas that have realtime information about the agent and their skills.

Yes I did see those and show those to the customer. I guess it is just a matter of training the agents. With the Agile product everything is out there for the agent. There isnt many clicks they have to go through unlike the IPCC one.
