Hi,
I have a strange situation with an agent that constantly disappear and reappear from the Team pane in the Supervisor Desktop. (IPCC Express 4.0.3)
Did anyone face the same problem?
What may be the cause for that?Thanks

Check the configuration in Desktop Administrator, make sure the agent isn't closing the chat window, and also check the Agent PC for multiple NICs and any firewall software (this includes running Windows XP SP2). More information:
