The option to supply the template with variables is great. This allows for greater flexibility.
However, I would like to see even more variables
I see there is a usage of some kind of "message id" while browsing around in the mailbox. I think it would be great to supply this "messageid" to the auto-response template as a more confirmative message to the sender.
In a later stage the Agent might be able to search for message id - in case the sender is referencing to this? And even better, if the sender replies, the system would be able to keep the message thread tied in and presented to the Agent who handled this case in the first place?
