Agent Email UCCX 7.x

All,

I am in search of a quick functionality answer about agent email. Does a supervisor have the ability to actually view the emails themselves which are in the queue's / agents.. And "cherry pick" them between agents? Basically can a supervisor manually redistribute emails? Would really appreciate a quick response :)
