I am pretty sure that all my config is correct, i can record the greeting, i can see the greeting in the specified folder, and when the agent answers the call the Agent Greeting play script that associated with the PlayAgentGreeting dialed number is active, but the run external script for the PM,-a is always failing (go through the X route).
I am confused with the routing in this case, as this customer has a little bit of complicated routing through the VRU, the prepend for two digits is configured so i was wondering if i might have a problem with the CUCM routing for the PlayAgentGreeting DN.
I want to know more about how the call is routed in this case, when the DN is triggered, should we consider SendToVRU node??? all the examples in cisco configuration manual doesn't have this so how the call is going to be routed to the VXML gateway.
