Good afternoon. For quite some time now we had a problem with one agent place. When acceptof a call the agent hears talk of his colleague. There can be somebody faced such problem.???

When you hear cross talk on phone lines that would be a switch and carrier related issue. What version of ICM are you running and what type of switch are you connected to?

We're using IPCCX and switch 3750
Simultaneously with it there was a problem with calls recording system. We use the built in CISCO record system. The problem in that that sometimes the agent is written and after a while already not.
And I have not detected any legitimacy.
