I have a customer that have 5 CSQs, however, they would like to have agents that are members of *multiple* queues.
For distributing calls, it can be accomplished by assigning multiple skills to the agents. However, how can i put the same agents in different teams?? It seems UCCX 5.0 server only allows me to put each agent into *one* team.
I have spent a lot of time on this already but still couldn't think of a way. Would appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this.
Thats because in both express and enterprise a member can only be part of a single team. I imagine they want to chat with multiple teams or something like that. Anyways Agent can only be a member of a single team!
