Agent in "Work" State in 4.0(4)SR1. Autowork disabled/wrapup disabled.

Having issue where an agent is showing in "Work" state but automatic work is disable, wrapup time is disabled, and automatic available is enabled.

This is on IPCC 4.0(4)SR1 with CCM 4.1(3)sr3b

Trying to figure out how agent got in "Work" State. This is being seen through supervisor desktop team agent state report.

Use the the "Wrapup Timer" feature to rectify this problem.
