IPCC Express 4.5

Does anyone know how to restrict the numbers of agents that simultaneously login to a specific skill group. In other words if I have 50 agent licenses, I only want 25 agents to be able to log into skill groupA and 25 to be able to log into skill groupB. I do not want the 26th agent to be able to log in regardless of how many licenses are still available.

There isn't any way to enforce this.
