We use cti agent desktop with ipcc(ivr icm hdb). Sometimes were problem with initializations of telephony subsystem in agent desktop --- ppAgentLoginError timeout expired. In what there can be a malfunction?
May be your right, i didn't see this error no more. But i test this issue on my phone and no error. ( I login agent desktop on 7960 phone and unplug network after that i login in to ip communicator and it's ok -- may be it depends on PC)
