Agent Login/Logout in IPCC Express Premium

Hello Everybody,

A customer has the following request.

When every time an agent login/logout to the CAD is possible to send an e-mail with the date and time to a person who is in charge of the statistics of the Call Center automatically?

If the answer is Yes.

What are the steps in order to develop the script or Where to find some samples?

I think it is possible. For customize the IVR script, contact this email address: ask-icd-ivr-support@external.cisco.com, is the alias used by customers primarily with scripting questions. Questions are usually answered pretty quickly.

In the CAD Administrator, you can set up a custom work flow to do this. The work flow editor allows you to capture the Start Up and Shutdown modes of the CAD Desktop. You could send an email through the http:// action.
