Agent Login Report shows user not logging out.

I am running an outdated version of CUCX (CRA 5.0(2) SR03_Build317 ) that I plan to upgrade soon.

Unfortunately, in the mean time I am having issues with report data.

I have 6 or so agents with the same topology, but the issue is only occuring on one user.  Here is the scenario:

User has CIPC installed on a laptop.  He works from home and connects over VPN client to corporate network.

When running Agent Login Report, it shows that he remains logged in for more than a month at a time.  After his shift ends, he logs out, terminates his VPN session and usually closes down his laptop.

Again, I have other users with identical procedures and there are no reporting errors with them.

I attempted to open a TAC case, but learned that this is an unsupported version so they could only offer a few tips.  I deleted his account in CUCX and CUCM and re-added.  I also uninstalled the CIPC client and reinstalled, all with no luck.

Any other suggestions or insight if this is a known bug?
