Agent login to CAD Error - ID entered was not found
New User Device Profile added (we use EM), all associations done, shows up in CRS as should. Everything looks completely normal. Looked in Desktop Admin and it doesn't list user under Personell with the other agents. Is there a way or place to do some kind of Sync? I can restart Sync Services (remote desktop to machine) but I don't know if that is disruptive to agents that are logged in.
