agent modifying SLA - Cisco EIM/WIM

Hello,

is it possible to prevent agent from modifying SLA manually? (right now, agents are modifying the SLA level of some activities on the Information:Activity pane, under the "due on", "due at")

By removing the Edit Activity Action from Agent Role, agent will be prevented from making changes.
