Agent not showing in Administrator desktop tool

IPCC Express 3.5

Agent Desktop being used.

As far as I can tell, new Agent profile and IPCC is configured correctly, but when going into the Administrator desktop, the new agent does not does not showup in the list of available agents.

Server has been reloaded and still not there.

Any suggestions?

Open Desktop Administrator. Click your profile name -> Setup -> Synchronize Directory Services.
