Agent Notification of State

We are running UCCX 8.5 Premium.  I am wonder if there is a way that I can for the client to pop up on an agent and tell them they are in not ready?  Or have something popup that tells them they are in not ready.

Well tht is what Supervisor

Well tht is what Supervisor Desktop is for! The supervisor pops there head in to your cubicle and says "your not taking calls" :>

The agent must watch CAD or do auto ready so they automatically logs them back int.

I have done this for UCCE by

I have done this for UCCE by creating a pop up from the Cisco Desktop Workflow Administrator.  This is done in the Agent Management Workflow under the CAD Agent tree of the Work Flow Groups.  It pops up every time they go Not Ready and I have the verbiage saying Your Status is Not Ready.  It's just an information window and "OK" must be clicked for it to go away.
