Hi,

ICM version: 7.5

Query: Is there anyway that agent can change his login password by himself through some webpage?

I know some other vender's provide this facility.

Depends on how the user is authenticated. If the user just a regular user on the CM? If so, they can log in to the ccmuser page and change their password. If they're authenticated against LDAP, then they'd have to change their PW through those means. For me to change my LDAP pw, I CTR-ALT-DEL and click change password.
