Agent Re-skilling issue

Hi All,

I have assigned different supervisors agent reskiling capabilities. Respective supervisors are able to login to the agent re-skilling web portal and add/remove skill groups to agents. However when he clicks on "Skill Groups", all the available SG's are listed. Is there a way to list only specific SG's which concerns to that supervisor/team? Basically customer doesn't want a supervisor to assign a particular SG to an agent by mistake.

Not possible, train the supervisors to use the filter in the agent reskilling tool to ensure they only see the specific skill group they are looking for.

The Cisco CCMP product can provide this if the customer is interested in the investment.
