Hi,
We have IPCC 7.0 Enterprise. Our goal is applied in our system some kind of agent scripting software. This SW should to help agents work with customer, leads them through predefined structured call. For example, CTI vendor company Genesys have software "Agent Scripting".
Can you help me find solutions from other vendors suitable for IPCC integration.

Hi,
I dont speak about IVR scripting or ICM scripting.
This software from non Cisco company I need, that agent can easy work and answering to the customers telephone calls. If received call to the agent, in the agent desktop openning window, where is help instructions for the agent for communication with the customers. And this help window can be programming administrator or supervisior with this agent scripting software.
