agent shows up in different team under historical report

I have a strange issue I want to see if anyone came across this before. we are running IPCC express 7.01 with callmanager 6.1(3). there are multiple teams and CSQ setup in the systems with DISTINCTIVE, no-overlapping agents resources assigned to each CSQ. Operational wise, everything works fine.

The problem is occasionally, we have one of the supervisor of a team/CSQ complains about seeing an agent from another Team/CSQ showing up in her automatically scheduled daily historical report. The agent that showed up in her HR is often an agent from another team who forgets to log out and remain in "not-ready" state.

I checked everything and the agent showed up in the HR is not related to that team what so ever.

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
